Hi there im in the process of processing a dress. for the holow to floor measurement I have included an extra two inches (5CMS) to accommodate the dress as the shoes are 12cm high. Is this sufficient extra space?

Hollow to floor is from collar bone to floor with heels on if you prefer to wear heels.
Height is the height measurement of the person who will wear the dress without heels.
