We understand that ordering a dress online for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are tailored made for you from scratch, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind.Please notice that orders will be processed within 24 hours after payment confirmed.So please kindly confirm order details(color,size and style)within 24 hours.


Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.

  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled 12 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
  • Orders payment confirmation more than 48 hours, it can no longer be cancelled.

    If regrettably you find our dresses have the following issues that could not meet your requirements, you have the rights to return the dress to get a refund.

  • Defective, damaged or miss shipped items.
  • Size differs from Client's order information or Didobridal's Size Chart.
  • Color mismatched issue.
  • pleast note that we could not  if the dress issues are caused by yourself, such as wrong size provided or wrong color selected. Slightly color differences arising from different setup of different computers are acceptable and would not be regarded as color mismatched issue. Please also kindly allow small measurement differences caused by different measuring way. 


    Please follow the procedures below to return your dress and get your refund.

  • Contact our customer service  to notify the issues you find within 3 days after you received the dress . As we have staff perform quality check before each dress delivery, for the issues you mention, we need you provide evidence to prove, for example, you may need to provide photos to show the wrong size or quality issue.
  • Once we confirm the issue and accept your return request, we will give you the returning mailing address. Please note that any dress return without notifying us will not be refunded.
  • It is required that the dresses should be returned to us within 30 days after we accept your return request. We could not refund you unless we receive the dress within 30 days.
  • For the return without reasonable supporting reasons, at least 45% restocking fee will be charged to you. Shipping cost are not refundable.

    Exchange Policy

    Exchange must be made within 3 days. We will only accept the exchange of the same style. We couldn’t accept exchanges on following condition:

    • Special Orders - dresses and other items made or ordered specifically for you according to the style (custom design), custom color (not picture color) and personal size (custom size) you required.
    • Specialty Items – dresses and other items on Sale or Price Reduced & Non-stock
    • Wrong Size & Wrong Color & Wrong Style & Unlike Style ordered by yourself - We have no control and accept no responsibility for the size/ color /style you select for your merchandise.

    Additional cost caused by exchanging of the dresses or items need to paid by you.


    If you have any problem with the product you bought, you need contact us and we'll take it back as long as it is within 14 days of when you got it and it is not a special ordered item.
